HERITAGE TRANSPORT SUPPLIES ABOUT US Heritage Transport Supplies Limited was formed in January 2003 by Martyn Ashworth, a well known name in Railway Preservation circles. It deals in all types of Heritage Transport Supplies, as the name suggests, from Railway locomotives to Traction engines, Diesel locomotives to boiler fittings. HTS Limited is based in Loughborough, Leicestershire and mostly works on a Commision only basis. We are not “Dealers” in the normal sense in that we do not have a yard full of engines of our own – we act as Agents for Individual vehicle owners, Importers and Rail based Companies. We maintain a large data base of items that are for sale and also of the requirements of Railway Companies and Individuals looking to purchas a locomotive, rolling stock or a traction engine. Items sell very quickly and the “Stock” is constantly changing so it pays to keep and eye on the Website and see what NEW items are available. Wherever possible we willl try to give plenty of notice of items that will be coming available in the near future. We are always looking to expand our client base and welcome new enquiries from potential buyers or from Companies or individuals looking to sell an locomotive/engine or rolling stock or component parts. In particular many Locomotive and engine owners have found our service to be useful to them and their engines have always been sold or purchased quickly, efficiently and discreetly. Many engine owners wish to “Trade up” and we can help here, i.e. by sourcing a larger engine for you and also helping to sell the smaller engine to help finance the next move-up this applies equally to Traction engine and Railway engine owners.
